PAYMENT OPTIONS & DEPOSITS

I accept cash, and CashApp (for regular clients only). 

CANCELLATION & LATE POLICY

I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. 

Arrive at your appointment not early, not late, but exactly on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late know that I may not be able to accommodate you. Any appointment missed, late canceled, or changed without 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of your session fee upon your next appointment.

PRACTITIONER & CLIENT RIGHTS

Reiki, Massage, and other bodywork sessions are given for the purpose of stress reduction and relaxation and are non-sexual. Said sessions are not substitutes for medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment. Reiki, massage, and bodywork practitioners do not diagnose conditions, prescribe, perform medical treatment, or interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. It is recommended that a client see a licensed physician, or licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment they may have.

If a client is uncomfortable in any way during a massage, Reiki, or bodywork session, they have the right to question their practitioner and/or request that the session be terminated.

PRIVACY POLICY

Personal information will only be viewed by me; it will be kept strictly confidential unless you give written permission otherwise.

I will not share anyone’s personal information with third parties other than the applications I use to provide better service to you. They will not contact you or solicit you. Below you will see which services I use and how I use them.

If you submit payments via CashApp or Square, please be aware that I cannot control their privacy actions. If privacy is an important concern for you, please check CashApp and Square’s policies and decide what is best for you.

I use Acuity Scheduling for my online scheduling and forms. They are HIPPA compliant and will keep your information safe. If you have any concerns about their policies, please contact Acuity Scheduling for more information.
