Mentorship
Let me support you.
Embarking on a mentorship journey is a significant move for any business, and I'm here to personally guide you through it. I deeply value the bond of mentorship and believe it should extend beyond mere professional guidance. In our 1:1 sessions, you'll discover a relaxed and welcoming space where genuine, empathetic conversations blend seamlessly with hands-on business insights.
My approach is centered around warmth and understanding, tailored to resonate with your individual aspirations and concerns. With me, you won’t just get by-the-book advice; you’ll find a listening ear and a supportive partner. Let's take this journey together, ensuring that every step you take is confident and informed.
Who This Is For
This space works best for people who are willing to slow down, reflect, and be honest about what’s working and what isn’t.
New to sensual work and wanting grounding, ethical context, and someone to think alongside you
More experienced and navigating burnout, boundary strain, shifts in desire, or transitions in your work
Seeking reflective, relational support rather than hustle-based coaching or pressure to perform
Interested in sustainability emotionally, physically, and financially without abandoning your values
What This Is and What It Isn’t
This mentorship is:
Supportive, exploratory, and consent-based
Focused on longevity, boundaries, nervous system care, and clarity
A place to talk through real-life situations as they arise in your work
It is not:
Business domination, hype coaching, or six-figure promise culture
Crisis therapy, emergency mental health care, or a substitute for clinical support
A content creation or marketing bootcamp
That said, we do talk about branding, visibility, and marketing as tools for sustainability, so your work can feel more manageable, honest, and aligned with your actual capacity.
What We Actually Do Together
Together, we work in a few core areas:
Emotional support + processing
Boundary work (clients, partners, self)
Nervous system regulation + somatic tools
Ethical decision-making
Sustainability + pacing
Identity, shame, power, and money
Sessions might include:
Talking through a hard or confusing client situation
Clarifying boundaries before resentment or exhaustion sets in
Reworking how you relate to money, availability, or emotional labor
Naming what you actually want next even if it’s unclear or changing
My Approach & Values
My approach is rooted in the belief that we don’t need fixing, optimizing, or pushing. We need support that respects our autonomy, intelligence, and lived experience.
I hold space in a way that is:
Non-judgmental — there is no “right” way to do this work, and you won’t be shamed for your choices, questions, or contradictions
Consent-based — we move at your pace, focus on what feels relevant, and check in often about what you want support around
Anti-extractive — this mentorship is not about pulling more labor, content, or productivity out of you; it’s about helping your work feel more livable and less costly
I’m trauma-aware, not clinical. I understand how stress, power dynamics, and repeated exposure can live in the body, but I’m not here to diagnose, pathologize, or turn your experiences into problems to solve. This isn’t therapy, and it’s not meant to replace it. This is not coaching in that there’s no pressure to “level up,” hit milestones, or optimize your output. It’s a reflective, grounded support space that centers your agency.
I respect that you are the expert on your own life. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to help you hear yourself more clearly, strengthen your internal compass, and make decisions that honor your capacity, values, and long-term well-being. You’re allowed to arrive as you are, and we take it from there.
“Sustainability isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing what you can without losing yourself.”
What People Are Saying
“This coaching helped me stop treating burnout like a personal failure. I got clearer on my boundaries, raised my rates, and actually enjoy my work again. It felt supportive without being too much. I’m not for ‘brutal honesty.’ But all in all I left sessions feeling steadier and more confident in my choices.”
— Jax
“When I started, I wasn’t even sure what I wanted from this. I was questioning my hours, my rates, and why I was even doing this work. But Vii’s sessions helped me untangle my stress, set small boundaries, and make decisions that actually make sense for me. I still don’t have it all figured out but I’m not really lost in it.”
— Ericka
“I’d just come off a rough month, one client ghosted, another was always pushing my boundaries, and I felt completely drained. Talking through it in community helped. For the first time in weeks, I felt seen, heard, and like my frustration was valid, and I had the skills to work through it.”

→ Choosing this tier helps make the lower pricing options possible. It’s a way to practice redistribution within the community, not a requirement or expectation.
-
Full Cost — $100
Covers the true cost of the session and keeps the mentorship sustainable.
→ This tier may be a good fit if you:

This rate reflects what it actually costs to offer this mentorship in a way that’s grounded, ethical, and sustainable over time.

This tier may be a good fit if you:
