Pleasure Coaching FAQs

  • What is orgasmic yoga and self-pleasure coaching?

Orgasmic yoga is a guided self-pleasure practice that focuses on mindfulness, breathwork, and body awareness rather than chasing orgasm. Self-pleasure coaching helps you explore your body, break through shame or conditioning, and create a deeper connection with yourself through intentional solo erotic practice.

  • Do I need to be naked or engage in explicit acts during sessions?

No, these sessions are not about performing for someone else. You are in complete control of your experience, and clothing is optional based on your comfort level. Some sessions focus on breath, movement, and energy work without any genital touch.

  • I struggle with feeling disconnected from pleasure, can this help?

Absolutely. Many people feel numb, disconnected, or stuck in routines when it comes to pleasure. This work helps you rediscover your erotic energy, shift limiting beliefs, and cultivate new pathways to pleasure in a safe and supportive way.

  • Is this therapy?

No, this is not therapy, and I am not a licensed therapist. This is a coaching and embodiment practice designed to help you feel more connected to yourself. If deeper emotional or trauma-related work is needed, I can refer you to a professional therapist.

  • Are these sessions open to everyone?

At this time, I am only working with heterosexual cisgender men. As I continue my training, I plan to expand my offerings to include people of all genders and sexual orientations. For now, my focus is on supporting this group in reconnecting with their pleasure, overcoming barriers to intimacy, and cultivating deeper self-awareness.

  • How do virtual self-pleasure coaching sessions work?

Virtual sessions are conducted through a secure video platform. We begin with a conversation to discuss your goals and comfort levels. Sessions may include guided breathing, body awareness exercises, movement, and reflection. You are always in control, and there is no expectation to be on camera if you prefer privacy.

  • What if I feel nervous or unsure about this practice?

It's completely normal to feel nervous! Many people experience discomfort at first, especially if they've been disconnected from their bodies or pleasure. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore at your own pace. We’ll go slowly, and I’ll support you every step of the way.

  • Do I need prior experience with tantra, yoga, or meditation?

No prior experience is needed. The practices I guide are beginner-friendly and tailored to meet you where you are. Whether you're new to somatic or erotic practices or have years of experience, you can benefit from this work.

  • Will I reach orgasm during these sessions?

While orgasm is welcome, it is not the goal. This practice focuses on deepening your connection to pleasure, sensation, and your body. By removing the pressure to perform or achieve orgasm, you may experience greater pleasure and relaxation.

  • Is this practice suitable for people healing from trauma?

Yes, but it’s important to proceed with care. Self-pleasure coaching can support trauma healing by helping you reconnect with your body and learn how to feel safe in your pleasure. If you have a history of trauma, I encourage open communication so that we can work at a pace that feels safe for you. However, if deeper trauma work is needed, I recommend working with a licensed trauma-informed therapist in parallel.

  • What can I expect to feel after a session?

Every person’s experience is unique. Some people feel deeply relaxed and centered, while others feel energized and inspired. You may experience new insights about your body, emotions, and desires. Over time, you may notice improved self-confidence, body acceptance, and pleasure in your daily life.
